What’s included

Your trial includes the full product at one fixed price — nothing is feature-gated. Every data source, query, dashboard, alert, and monitor works exactly as it will after you convert.

How long it lasts

Each organization gets its own 14-day trial, starting the moment you create it at signup. If your account belongs to more than one organization, each has its own independent 14-day window.

What happens when it ends

Once an organization’s trial ends, that organization is locked: dashboards, queries, embeds, share links, and scheduled refreshes or monitors all stop until you convert. You can still sign in, switch to another organization, and reach the option to contact us and convert. Nothing is deleted — your data is retained, and converting restores full access immediately.

How to convert

Conversion is handled by contacting our team — there’s no self-serve checkout yet. Reach us at our contact page and we’ll get your organization converted.
