Signing in
arcodash Cloud supports two sign-in methods:
- Email and password
Either one works for both a new account and an existing one — pick whichever’s more convenient each time, they’re not tied to how the account was originally created.
What isn’t available
SAML, LDAP, and other enterprise single sign-on are not available today. If your organization requires one of these to roll arcodash out, that’s a hard blocker right now, not a configuration step you’re missing — there’s no environment variable or admin setting that turns it on. We’re not promising a date here; treat “not available” as the current, accurate state rather than “coming soon.”
