who this is for

Built for teams that want everyone in the tool.

$200 flat is a bad deal for one person and a very good one for forty. Here's the honest split.

A good fit

A team of five or more that already writes SQL, wants shared dashboards everyone can open, and would rather not run BI infrastructure. Especially if you've been rationing seats on a per-seat tool.

A very good fit

Teams whose pipelines have broken quietly before, and who don't want to buy and operate a second product to watch for it.

Probably not yet

A solo analyst, or a team that needs SOC 2 or a signed uptime SLA today — arcodash has neither, and says so on the security page.

what it works out to

The bill doesn't move. The per-person cost does.

Every number below is arcodash's, and every one of them is $200. The column that changes is the one you're used to paying.

Team sizearcodashPer person
5 people$200/mo$40.00
15 people$200/mo$13.33
40 people$200/mo$5.00
100 people$200/mo$2.00

Whatever your current BI tool charges for one seat, multiply it by your headcount and put it next to the middle column. That's the entire pitch. Unlimited seats isn't a tier — it's the only way arcodash is sold.

why one fixed price

Per-seat pricing punishes rollout. Fixed price rewards it.

Most BI tools price per seat, so inviting the whole company multiplies the bill — teams end up rationing access to a tool that's supposed to be shared. arcodash is one fixed price per organization: invite everyone, and the cost doesn't move.

No per-seat math

The cost is known in advance and doesn't grow with headcount — rollout costs nothing extra.

No "contact sales" gate

No usage meters that surprise you at month-end, and no sales-led procurement to get a number.

Invite everyone

A shared BI + data-observability tool works best when the whole team is actually on it.

Pricing questions

What does it cost?

arcodash Cloud is $200 per month, flat — unlimited seats, unlimited usage, no per-seat math. AI-assisted query generation and data-observability monitoring are included at this price today; see below for how that may change.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card. Every organization you create gets its own 14-day window starting at signup, with the full product unlocked: every connector, dashboard, alert, and monitor, nothing feature-gated. When a trial ends the organization is locked until you convert, but nothing is deleted and converting restores access immediately. See the trial guide for the details.

How do I convert when the trial ends?

By getting in touch — there's no self-serve checkout yet, so contact us and we'll convert your organization. Your price is the published $200/month flat; there's no quote to negotiate.

Do I need to install anything?

No. arcodash is delivered as a hosted service. Sign up, connect a data source, and start querying — no servers, containers, or upgrades to manage.

What data sources are supported?

19 working connectors today, plus a Query Results meta-source for joining across them — see the full connector list, our security model, or the docs.

What does "data observability" mean here?

Scheduled checks on the data itself — freshness, row counts, null rates, duplicates — built on the same scheduled-query and threshold-alert engine, notifying the same destinations. It covers the practical core of data-observability monitoring, not a lineage/anomaly-ML platform.

Will AI and data-observability features always be included?

They're included in the $200 flat price today, and that stays true for your plan: if arcodash ever spins either one out as a separate add-on, it only applies to new plans going forward — your existing plan keeps what you signed up for.
