Every new organization starts with a 14-day trial. This page covers what it includes, what happens when it ends, and how to convert.

What’s included

Your trial includes the full product with no plan limits: unlimited data sources, runs and monitors, any schedule. When it ends, pick Team or Org. Every data source, query, dashboard, alert, and monitor works the same way after you subscribe.

How long it lasts

Each organization gets its own 14-day trial, starting the moment you create it at signup. If your account belongs to more than one organization, each has its own independent 14-day window.

What happens when it ends

Once an organization’s trial ends, that organization is locked: dashboards, queries, embeds, share links, and scheduled refreshes or monitors all stop until you subscribe. You can still sign in, switch to another organization, and reach billing to subscribe. Nothing is deleted - your data is retained, and subscribing restores full access immediately.

How to convert

Go to Settings → Billing, pick Team ($59/month or $600/year) or Org ($300/month or $3,000/year), monthly or yearly, and check out. Both plans have unlimited seats and no usage billing. To switch plans later, email [email protected].
