What does it cost?
Team is $59 a month or $600 a year. Org is $300 a month or $3,000 a year. Both have unlimited seats and no usage billing. AI runs on your own Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic key.
Which plan do I need?
Team covers 1 data source, 1,500 query runs a month, 25 monitors and refreshes as often as daily. Need more of any of those, pick Org. Seat count never matters.
What counts as a query run?
Every time a query executes: you running it, a scheduled refresh, a monitor check, or AI running one for you. Team has a monthly run limit, and hitting it never adds to your bill.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, no credit card. Every organization you create gets its own 14-day window starting at signup, with the full product unlocked: every connector, dashboard, alert, and monitor, nothing feature-gated. When a trial ends the organization is locked until you convert, but nothing is deleted and converting restores access immediately. See the trial guide for the details.
How do I convert when the trial ends?
Go to Settings → Billing, pick Team or Org, monthly or yearly, and check out. Billing starts when the trial ends.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll move you between Team and Org, or monthly and yearly.
Do I need to install anything?
No. arcodash is delivered as a hosted service. Sign up, connect a data source, and start querying, with no servers, containers, or upgrades to manage.
What data sources are supported?

What does "data observability" mean here?
Scheduled checks on the data itself: freshness, row counts, null rates, duplicates. Built on the same scheduled-query and threshold-alert engine, notifying the same destinations. It covers the practical core of data-observability monitoring, not a lineage/anomaly-ML platform.
Will AI and data-observability features always be included?
They're included on both plans today, and that stays true for yours: if arcodash ever spins either one out as a separate add-on, it only applies to new plans going forward. Your existing plan keeps what you signed up for.
